President’s Report:
- 2026 MACE Conference is booked- registration is open
- There are 5 seminars scheduled with 2 tracks on Monday, 1 on Tuesday and 1 on Wednesday
- There are 4 sponsors (all will have information tables except Lexicon)
- Gold – Foundation Rescue Training Center will be providing education on Monday
- Silver – Govwell
- Silver – Lexicon Construction
- Bronze – GBA
- This year we will have a Meet and Greet on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 7pm-9pm
- Food available is a nacho station
- Water and tea available plus 1 drink ticket at the bar (up to $8.50 value)
- Any sponsors on site can set up information tables
- The menu has been set
- Monday Breakfast – “The Classic”
- Monday Lunch – “Back Yard Cook Out”
- Tuesday Breakfast – “Tequila Sunrise”
- Tuesday Lunch – “Little Italy”

Vice-Presidents Report: NO REPORT
Treasurer’s Report:
- Our current balance is $10,573.64.
- Tickets are live on the website for the annual conference
- The ability for a city to sign multiple people under one blanket administration
- The admin will start an account and then be able to sign up members for their city
Secretary’s Report: NO REPORT
Old Business:
- Marty will not be able to attend the AACE conference, transferring the registration to Barry instead.
New Business:
- Barry is going to get more information on a program from AACE, called the pass-through program which is a program that ties in state or regional associations and AACE.
