Primary duties include the following: Working effectively, professionally, and consistently with builders, contractors, developers and the public in discussions that frequently involve conflict and require tact and diplomacy—OUTSTANDING PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIRED. The ability to make tough decisions when needed, with the support of management. Comply with and stay current on codes, amendments, zoning, subdivisions, property conservation and enforcement activity. Assist with preparation of information/reports for the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Adjustment, Plumbing, and Electrical Boards.
