This position obtains general information from customers regarding permitting needs; assists customers in completing the building permit submittal process; and responds to general customer inquiries regarding permits, permit processes and building codes. Performs limited technical building and trade code review of building permit plans, engineering documents and other permit documents for compliance with adopted building codes and other related city codes.
